Shaak Ti(TFU) Vs Obi Wan Kenobi(RotS)

Morals: both are calm and have a few hours of prep.

Location: Jedi Training Grounds.

Special Rules: Whomever begins to lose the edge can dual wield/use Jar'Kai. Both have shown some great proficieny with Jar'kai.

Kenobi. He strikes me as a superior swordsman. Based on how Shaak Ti died, Kenobi would've bested Starkiller in that situation.

Agreed. Shaak Ti is no slouch, but Kenobi is the better duelist.

Hate to be the one playing devil's advocate here, but didn't Starkiller beat Proxy's Obi-Wan Module as well? I see Shaak Ti somewhat superior to Obi-Wan in terms of force power and they're somewhat equal in dueling prowess imo

PROXY's dueling module is an imitation of Kenobi's style. Kenobi seems to be the superior duelist, and I have seen no TK feats from Shaak Ti that suggest she'd dominate Kenobi with TK.
