How? He's literally immune to any attack Voldemort has. Even Fiendfyre will pretty much be useless.

When can he go intangible? Do you mean when he's flying around as smoke? Because people have been hit while flying. One of the Death Eaters got knocked into a building.

When has he used TK to any major effect? I honestly can't remember.

And Locomotor won't work on Terminator. Mainly because he's already moving under his own power, and Locomotor animates inanimate objects. It's like the Rat Talisman from Jackie Chan Adventures. "Motion to the Motionless", only you can control them as well.

Terminator would not hesitate to shoot the ****er in the head.

Do you mean when Ron used a spell to levitate a club?

In the only instance the spell was used, it literally brought inanimate(unmoving) objects to life. I don't think it can work on things already moving.
