Dooku's good enough to hold him off in melee and has the force edge, as I see it.

Outcome of this duel is difficult to determine.

Tenebrous was undoubtedly very fast and had decent telekinetic abilities. Not much is known about his capabilities of on the whole though.

Yes, and while Tenebrous' lightsaber skill is merely an implication, Dooku is provably one of the greatest duelists to ever live. And he has better feats than just running real fast.
