Until I see Bobby doing it with other forms of energy, I remain convinced that there are solar components to the rads.

I already provided you a scan of him doing it against other forms of radiation. He absorbed energy that weakens him and had to release it at a cost.

Lol the cost, from what I saw, was that he would be so angered he would lash out and endanger his teammates/civilians, a la Hulk.

Not somebody you want to be tied to at the wrist with an undestructible rope, and certainly not if they were your strength level with other powers.

I really didn't shoot myself since when Sunspots amps off solar energy, it does nothing to his attitude.
