I believe they are calling her Jessica Drew for the Netflix series

Jessica JONES is getting a Netflix series, not Drew.

Spider woman should, SHOULD be Marvel's property. She isnt a Spider-Man character so I dont know how much of an issue the 'spider' part of her name would end up being.

k....hahahahaha

The Rock recently tweeted this, because one of his followers had a concern that it won't be fun and be grounded as with Snyder's MOS film.

@dickfundy I guaran-damn-tee we're gonna have bad ass fun w/ Black Adam. (Its a NL/DC property). #Independence See u at the junket homie.

I can't believe they are considering this not to be part of the new shared universe they want to build, because the tone will be lighter???

Get your head out of your backsides, DC/Warners! The tone goes from serious to crazy fun in all the Marvel studios films, yet still successfully feel a part of the same universe. One only has to look at Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Guardians Of The Galaxy this year; almost complete opposites, but still a part of the greater whole.

That hasn't been confirmed yet, though.

I seen that message Rock said regarding this movie, I'm not getting that vibe from it

just seems like they got free reign to do what they want with the movie.

Ruthless with a wonderful charm. Sums up Black Adam perfectly!...

So this will be in the DCCU after all.

Huh. Captain Marvel (**** Shazam) works best on his own in a world without Superman IMO. Regardless, hopefully the film is very light hearted and fun.

Yes! That's Awesome.

An brawl between BA and Superman is all but guaranteed.

Amd he's a good addition to the League Imo. In the the animated movie JL:War, Shazam's interactions with the Jl had me cracking up.

Having a kid in a grown man's body with the Power of Superman will bring a lot of interesting character moments and a Balance of humour the rest of the team needs.

And people were quick to pick on WB, because they thought it wouldn't be in their cinematic universe (LIKE THEY ALWAYS DO). LOL!

On another note, SHAZAM doesn't need to be apart of any universe for it to be awesome.

Was Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy apart of any shared universe? Nope. And it's widely considered the greatest super hero trilogy to date. EAT IT, SUCKAS!

Good mess

And yet WB is going all out with their DC Properties right now to form a SHARED Universe.

Because there's clearly a bigger demand for Shared Superhero Universes right now than there is for Non-Shared ones.

WB have already separated their DC Movie and Tv Universe, so we don't need multiple Dc Movie Universes in addition to that Imho. Not right now anyway. For now let's enjoy Shared Universes in all their excitement and nerdgasm fun since we have had separate Universes for each superhero franchise for the past 30 years.

My only point is that SHAZAM doesn't need to be apart of a shared universe to be good. And that's a fact. SHAZAM movie will likely focus on just the main characters anyway. While SHAZAM will join the JLA in part 2

Dc co to use to change their minds and follow marvel's lead. 😂

You start out by saying Shazam doesn't need to be part of a larger shared universe, only to say he will likely join the shared universe by the second JL movie. Take a stand.

He doesn't need to be part of the shared universe but if he is so be it. Either way it's gonna be awesome.
