Don't like the names you made up for the teams, but "Marvelman" has too many heavy hitters to lose here.

Hulk holds off the FF and Doom, while Thor and Weapon XI take on Supe's. Then they kill him, and move on to beat FF and Doom with Hulk.

I'm aware that these are amalgamation characters, but Superman only needs his base powerset to win.

Um, Marvelman eats SuperDoom. Given I haven't seen Man of steel, I don't see how that amalgam could beat a flying Hulk with Adamantium skeleton and Thor's powers/hammer.
