Yet for all that power, it/he/she was unable to defend itself against the Black Templars. Also, it is never stated what classification the Cacodominus falls under, but seeing as the thing was able to control 1300 star systems, it had to be Alpha-plus.

Magnus is capable of no such thing. The Space Wolves would have never stood a chance otherwise.

Primarchs would take it pretty easily.
