Edit: Seriously though, I think the film premise sounds stupid as hell. Obviously this is my opinion, but when I type up a post I don't put an "IMO" after every opinion.

It's pretty hard to beat someone who can pause and even rewind time. Can rearrange molecules at a whim or knock you out with a thought.

She can clear the gauntlet, as long as she doesn't space out while in the middle of the fight. Otherwise she only has human durability so one lapse of attention is all it needs to take her off the fight.

But as long as she stays focused, I think she clears this.

edit: Haven't watched Bruce almighty so can't comment on that fight.
