IDK. Spideyclops is way stronger and faster, but he really doesn't have anything to get past Logan's skeleton. Even suffocation with the web won't work as shown by DoFP. Spidey can probably KO him though.

I think Spiderclops should be able to KO him. I just don't know if his webbing will be of any use. Havokrine's energy rings can probably slice through it. Spiderclops still has a massive speed, strength, agility and reaction time advantage though. I don't see Havokrine really tagging him in melee, other than maybe one or two flesh wounds. Best bet for him would be to try spamming energy rings in every direction, hoping for a lucky hit. So I am leaning towards the Cyclops/Spidey combo to win, via a KO.
