Man of steel was successful. --trash to me

Fast and furious is extremely successful--garbage to me

Twilight is really successful--ok to me. Nothing above average to me

Transformers is mega successful as well--crap to me.

So quit lying. I like what I like.

Out of all those movies you like Twilight the most...you are no Khan.

That's how bad the other ones were to me. My franchises I have loved thus far to make money I didn't mention. I just wanted to shoot Roberta's shitty theory down.

Your inability to form a proper sentence due to rage is proof that what I said is correct and it got to you.

You obsessing over the grammar and spelling while ignoring the actual message is why you're a girl.

Now calm down and try to focus on the topic of the thread 👆

You ignored the rest of the post because there was an e missing. Such a woman.

Quit lying, ok.

Is that sexism really necessary? I mean, we all agree Robtard is shit, but there's lots of women who are very intelligent and capable (unlike Rob), so really it's a silly insult. A better insult is "Rob, you're shit" (cause it's true)

No offense, Rob. You're shit tho.

He is shit and has the tendencies of a woman. Women are emotional or known for it just like Robbie. I respect women 100 times more so than Robbie.

Look how mad you are 👆

Anyone who didn't watch it OW because of the fight would have obviously seen it by now.

So stop being a retarded fanboy. Oh wait.. You can't stop

If it makes 1.5bill how can it beat TA1 adjusted when TA1 made the same but came out 3 years ago?

Inflations adjustments favour the older movie.

I meant unadjusted. F7 is a lock for 1.5 B, so it needs just a little bit more to pass TA 1.

This is a good article

"We’ve been judging action scenes by too low a standard: Can you tell what’s going on? Is the camera too shaky, or too blurry, or is the CG so cheap that you’re just seeing smudges? Are there quick cuts that keep you from following the moves? Or a bewildering mixture of too-tight close-ups and too-far wide shots? That’s like judging a gymnastics meet by the number of gymnasts who show up with broken ankles.

Mad Max: Fury Road has action that’s easy to follow, but also incredibly overwhelming in the sheer insanity and complexity of what’s going on at any given moment."

Interesting article. There is something extremely refreshing about so much of the film being actual stunts and explosions. The painstaking trouble is much appreciated. I mean, I knew we were going to be in for treat since I had seen Mad Max 2: Road Warrior, but Fury Road turned out better than I could have imagined.

This article seems pretty optimistic about a sequel (the title is a bit deceptive)...

Sounds like some eloquent fu#kholes whose opinions you value. Try this review. It's a little more articulate. If it doesn't look interesting to you, that's fine, but moronic reviews from people who probably worship Michael Bay (sadly that is probably the average movie-goer) shouldn't be your guiding torch. Believe what you want, but the results are in: this is an instant masterpiece of a film.

Masterpiece of a film? Good lord, are you related to the director or something? I see people here comparing this movie to Furious 7 so now I understand what I'm dealing with.

Here's a few more reviews for you-

I'm actually seriously surprised by how many of you liked this steaming pile of shit.

Mad Max and Road Warrior are in my Top 20 favorite films of all time. I wanted to ride motorcycles because of the first Mad Max.

so going into Fury Road I knew it was somewhat of an uphill battle for me but 15 minutes in I was laughing because I couldn't believe how bad this was.

too much campy, cheesy, not scary, nothing thrilling or dark, just Disney style explosions for children and people who had never watched the first Mad Max or Road Warrior.

this film makes Beyond Thunderdome look good.

if it wasn't too hot outside or I had something else to do I would have walked out

I went last night. Meh.

The guy playing Max has all the acting skill of a dead elm tree stump.

I saw it last night. What a waste of time. And its hurts me to say that. I literally wanted to walk out within the first 15 minutes. When the movie was over, I sat there going " What the ****"?

Yeah this one sounds like a real masterpiece in the making.

😂

Campy and Cheese? What movie did he see? 😕

BTW, saw it a second time and loved it better than the first. Action scenes were legendary.

Can you name a movie that doesn't have some bad reviews? Because seriously, the reaction from both critics and random moviegoers has been fairly overwhelmingly positive.

It's got 98% positive reviews by critics aind 92% by views. Giving it a good review is not a sign of nepotism, it's a sign of being 9 out of 10 of the people who watched it.

Hardly. He's not even "just" better.
