Combat speed???

Minus the Flashes and Zoom are there characters that can combat at light speed. What character has 'combat' showings that is light speed and beyond? Please provide scans if you can.

The Runner surpassed lightspeed while in possession of the Space Gem.

Every Hyperion ever published has had super speed from my knowledge. This includes King Hyperion.

Superman ran circles around Omega Beams which are confirmed FTL.
