Just gonna point out that that smashing seemed to be more of a comical thing. While it was indeed a nice durability showing, if he and Hulk actually fought and the directors were taking it serious, Loki would be a lot more f*cked up than he was. Just like Thor being just fine after that cheap shot from Hulk.
Also the Destroyer Weapon wasn't a durability feat. Coulson didn't actually hit him with it. He hit an illusion. That's how Loki could stab him in the back moments after he 'shot' him a few feet in the other direction and how Coulson didn't notice him.

Oh...that is right. He threatened to use it, then Loki stabbed him, then he shot him while he was slumped on the floor. I'd forgotten the order of the scene.
But I stand by the Hulk thing. He would have been severely messed up if Hulk had done that in an actual fight and not just a gag reel moment.

He was messed up regardless by Hulk. I think its a huge testament to his damage soak and durability. He should have had been broken bad, but he was walking around giddy the next scene.
Honestly if you look at Loki feats I posted you might change your stance that he could take Ronin.

If Loki and Hulk really fought seriously, Hulk would run after illusions the entire day.
Ronan vs Loki
Hi all. Personally I think ronan should take this. He is stronger than loki, More durable and skilled as a combat and tactician. I don't think there is anything loki can do to harm Ronan. I say this as a fan of Tom Hiddleston and loki. The little demonstration we saw of Ronan nearly puts him in the near Thanos level (without any infinity stone)
1)Durability: Held the power gem in his bare hands for 15 seconds before merging it with his universal weapon. According Peter Dinklage Dwarf in infinity wars Thanos needed a weapon that can not only harness the power stone but all six. He could have slammed it in his chair or shield.
2)Toyed with drax (one created to be a Thanos hunter) whilst avoiding a fight and when he got serious passed him out in a single slam to the ground (drax has been known to survive YONDU ARROW GOING THROUGH HIM, LAUGHED off a dimensional jump through a galaxy whilst been knocked around trees, Survived rocket ship crashing into him and ronan etc
3)Ronan survived the crash of his Dark Aster which destroyed 99 percent of groot(Deadpool in GOTG but better in regeneration), Survived had Ron Enforcer and Rocket crashing into him all these nearly concurrently. And we never saw him BLEED. I saw Thanos BLEED whilst holding 4 GEMS.
There is an argument that he was able to do most of these because of the power gem which gives him a durability boost ( There is nothing to suggest that the power gem gives durability). Was it not the same power gem that could not make Ronan Weapon durable , not to shatter at the shot of a fairly assembled hadron Enforcer. Ronan took the hadron and people believe it's because of the Gem. They believe the gem could protect a secondary user (RONAN) but not a primary user(UNIVERSAL WEAPON), A powerful weapon in its own RIGHT that the power gem has become ONE WITH.
Conclusively, Loki tricks or illusions won't help him. He would put a good fight. But looses to RONAN. May I refer you to S1×23 GOTG ANIMATED SERIES MCU where ronan was shown to take down the hulk, iron man, Capt. America, Capt. Marvel and Ms Marvel(Who managed to knock ronan out for a few seconds). It is tentively titled RONAN VS CAPT. MARVEL AND THE AVENGERS. He was also shown to STALEMATE (THANOS WITH THE COSMIC SEED) as the GOTG sought his help to do so.
