I once came up with the idea of heroman, a dissociative personality disorder person who only gains super powers when he is aware of human danger and has the powers to stop conflict.

On a simple scale, he gains super speed and strength to stop someone getting run over, but loses his powers once the conflict is resolved.

He is also of low intelligence and unaware of his powers, so he can't stop WW3 unless he is aware of all the relative jargon.

I once wrote a porn script about a race of giant blue aliens that f#$% with their hair. But it went missing.

Actually, I rewrote a novel I self-published in '99 and am looking for a literary agent now. Accordingly, I have begun collecting the silent replies. At face value, it's a kaiju story with a female protagonist, and reinterprets a real event in Earth's history.

I'm sure I'll end up self-publishing it again, probably next year. *sigh*

Ideas are worthless. Everyone has ideas. Tons of them. Good ones, too. It's the work - and the work only - that matters.

I get that this is a fun mental exercise, not a lesson in rigor, so I'm not condemning the thread. But that was my first thought.

I want a tv series that takes place in the Old World of Darkness. I want Antediluvians and metaphysical nukes and all kinds of crazy sh*t like that.

Before anyone mentions it..yeah I am aware in the late 90's there was a live action vampire masquerade show..but that was awful and they really did not utilize a lot of the more interesting aspects of the universe.

Spy cams a fraction of the size of a flea, so that the government can see you do everything, including taking a dump in the privacy of your own home. I'd imagine that this will happen at some point, considering that our society has become a functional Panopticon.

I recall wanting the ability to have fly bodyguards, so I could send them to scout outside from maybe a hole in the wall and they would protect me. If someone seemed dangerous they would fight them, simple as that.
