Broly would win if he fought out of character. If he fought in-character, namely trying to slug it out with Hulk and not even attempt to dodge he'd be in for a very rude awakening.

Hulk would need few punches to ko or kill Broly, if he can grab him it's over but yes, if Broly keeps distance and uses blasts from afar and his superior speed he could win.

Broly's power is maximum . I don't know how any Hulk can compete with that

This. I still think he wins because he can up the speed and blasting power once he starts to lose, but in the initial exchange, he's running the risk of getting some teeth knocked loose.

Broly dies unless he fights very ooc.
