Batman & The Outsiders Vs Captain America & The Patriots

Due to ideological differences with the JLA Batman got his team together in '85:
Batman
Black Lightning
Metamorpho
Katana
Halo
Looker
Geo Force

This is the team i think Cap would have put together during the same time frame:
Captain America
Falcon
Nova
Powerman
Iron Fist
Scarlet Witch
Vision

Two scenarios, both no replacing of characters, no prep, no BFR:

1. 80s versions of the characters

2. Current versions

Who wins?

Since only lists are getting posted. Necro bump.

Can't stand Halo.

For 1, I don't think Outsiders have an answer for Wanda. Pretty sure Nova and Vision is more powerful then any character on their team, too.

80s Nova wasnt nearly as powerful as current. Wanda might have issues with Metamorpho, he was always hard to beat.
