This goes in the versus section.
And it is heavily impled Revan is much greater then Nyriss.

Is there anyway you could post quotes/evidence that heavily implies that Revan is much greater than Nyriss? I'm genuinely curious.

@red8

It would be a fight, IMO.

Revan is superior to any Jedi and also to every member of Sith Triumvirate. I know that superiority to Darth Nihilus tends to generate debate but I blame authors for not clarifying his strengths and weaknesses properly, leaving the door for wild speculations open from fans.

Just to clarify, when you say "It would be a fight", do you mean you believe it could go either way?

Revan is a head/shoulders above Nyriss in terms of raw strength in the Force, and his range of powers is grander as well.

In terms of lightsaber dueling, they're actually probably pretty closely matched in terms technical proficiency and effectiveness, with Revan being more of a calculating generalist whilst Nyriss an aggressive specialist.

The battle taking place on a Dark Side Nexus helps Nyriss's odds, but in the end the likelyhood is that if he doesn't incinerate her with her absorbed lightning, he'd likely channel it into a TK assault of similar devastating capacity.

Revan is just better than Darth Nyriss is.

👆. red8, I'll get you some quotes once I return from vacation.

Situation: Let's say Nyriss unleashed her lightning attack and finished off the Exile and Scourge. Revan wakes up afterwards, grabs a lightsaber, and engages Nyriss in an all-out duel.

The Jedi’s command of and connection to the Force was unlike anything Scourge had sensed in anyone else. Even though Revan was constantly drugged, it was impossible not to sense his strength.
However, it was more than the Jedi’s raw power that interested Scourge. Unlike all the instructors at the Academy, or even Nyriss herself, Rean had experienced both the light and dark sides of the Force.

While I guess that Revan's command of the Force would have something to do with knowing how to use both sides, Revan's connection to the Force is implied to be greater than Nyriss'.

Revan's handling of her Lightning is also very impressive, whether she was aiming at him or not.

"Revan emerged from the cell. He Had pulled the hood of his Jedi robe up to cover his head, and he word the red-and-gray mask, hiding his face. A dozen bolts of lightning sprang from Nyriss's hand, arcing across the room to incinerate her enemies. Instead of leaping back into the cell to avoid the deadly attack, Revan stepped forward to intercept it. Both hands were held in front of him, his arms fully extended at shoulder height, his thumbs touching and his fingers splayed wide. He drew the bolts of lightning into his waiting grasp, channeling them away from their intended targets and absorbing their power. 'I am Revan reborn,' he said to Nyriss. 'And before me you are nothing.' Nyriss's eyes went wide as Revan unleashed the power of her own attack against her. She tried to throw up another Force shield, but the bolts ripped it apart and continued on unabated. The lightning engulfed her, the intense heat consuming her instantly, leaving only a pile of charred ash."

"It was easy to understand how Scourge could be drawn to him; Revan's command of the Force was greater then that of anyone else she had ever met."
―Meetra Surik (Star Wars The Old Republic: Revan)

"The Jedi's command of and connection to the Force was unlike anything Scourge had sensed in anyone else. Even though Revan was constantly drugged, it was impossible not to sense his strength."
―Star Wars The Old Republic: Revan

"Scourge reveals to the Emperor Nyris's plot against him, presenting him with evidence of her treachery. The Emperor orders the Imperial Guard to strike against Nyris. Using the chaos of this reprisal as cover, Scourge and Meetra free Revan but are nearly stopped by Nyris. Revan's raw power in the Force bends Nyris's Sith lightning back at her, utterly destroying the Sith Lord."
―Star Wars The Essential Reader's Companion

"There was something unnerving about staring into the faceless mask; it made Revan seem more intimidating, more powerful. Or maybe Scourge just felt that way because he'd watched him destroy Nyriss."
―Scourge (Star Wars The Old Republic)

Thank you guys.
