Star Trek universe vs 10,000 Kryptonians

The kryptonians are all on supermans level. Thier job is to invade and destroy the star trec universe. Their base is an invisible planet and they are to invisible if they are on it. It can in no way be detected. They get 30 years prep with both thier tech, star trec tech, and star wars tech. They don't have to take it all out at once, they just need to take it over eventually without losing all thier companions.

Can they do it?

hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha....Kryptonians, this isn't even a fight its a massacre, those Trekkies better hope to god that the Kryptonian army has a leader as kind and forgiving as Kal El is or they're toast, to the last man.

3 Questions:

Is this the TOS/TNG ST-verse, or the Abramsverse?

If it is the latter, do they get access to red matter?

How will red matter affect the kryptonians if Kal was able to resist the singularity which sucked up the world engine?

I think he meant it to be spite against Trek, he just didn't take into account that by saying STU instead of Star Fleet that he opened it up for posters to use races like the Q.
