Didn't get up to Shredder, so I'm assuming he take a on all 4 turtles to eventually have them all or one become somewhat decent against him? In either case Chase is far above the turtles.

Except the reboot Chase.

Because **** that series.

So? Chase wins?

Chase has shown to be faaaar above pretty much any version of Shredder aside from Tengu Shredder. And that version would be a challenge for either side to win if they were both using their powers and gear.

He wins this pretty easy.
