He collapsed a ceiling, his lightning charred a guy, used TK to deflect Luke's lightsaber and blaster bolts, his lightning illuminated a sky, his lightning also overpowered Luke's saber.

That was his clone, Joruus C'baoth.

Joruus C'Baoth should be equal to his Jed self. Joruus was able to mind-control an entire crew of a Star Destroyer.
