Superdoom is stronger but we need to see how powerful he is and how powerful current Thanos is. His showing against the Annihilators wasn't impressive but the story is not done yet. So it is better to wait till both stories finish before making a decision.

Superdoom and Superman powers are not stacked though. The only time Superdoom appears is when Superman is gone (aka kryptonite) which makes it only Doomsday. This was stated on panel.
