I mean, compare to the Revan/Scourge/Meetra team, the power's not too different.

Yes it is, Meetra and Scourge together are barely in competition range with a lone Nyriss, and Revan doesn't make up for the other two either.

Nyriss was amped.

Meetra seemed 50% after Nathema and like other Jedi would be nerfed on DK.

Revan was hardly at peak fitness.

I don't think Nyriss deserves that credit nor is it warranted, Karpashyn sucks at context so I think common sense applies to his book.

I honestly didn't like the Revan book. It had its moments but it kinda sucked

There was no mention of a nerf to the HoT when planning the assault on DK.

Carthage saying Vitiate wins? Profiled.

None of these characters can take him. An Enraged Peak Malgus can likely defeat them for a slim majority
