That defies the account of his friend who was right next to him who said he surrendered before the shooting took place. None of that he said shit matters to me when the autopsy photo indicates Brown was indeed trying to bumrush him, which wouldn't seem OOC considering he tried to steal his gun moments before.

Autopsy reports show he was running towards him OR bending over to surrender, don't leave out information.
