Demographics go beyond nationality however. The majority of black people in the United States are US citizens, and as such would not show up in a similar study of the USA.

In fact, it appears that the number in the US is even higher. According to this 92,7% of people in the USA are US citizens.

If it was not for John McCloy implementing FDR 2nd bill of rights for Germans, Germans would not have the lifestyle today. If this was for all of USA citizens too, there would be much less Fergy incidents.

You are aware that the legal system gives law enforcement precedence when it comes to these situations because of the situation they are always in which is constant danger...

The cops who killed Eric Garner didn't seem to be in constant danger. Are the protests for his death also just the black community getting bothered over nothing?

Police in general public, especially black communities are always in danger.

The problem is blacks want to keep blaming the police for their problems. Maybe if they stopped selling drugs and gunning down people in the streets they police would leave them alone?
