In Legends Plagueis is stated to be the most powerful Sith Lord up to that point.

Well when the next person to hold the title most powerful Sith Lord in galactic history is afraid to face you in fair combat, its a pretty good sign that you are either approaching that level in power or above it.

Darth Sidious was just a Sith Apprentice then. A 13 year gap is pretty large. 😬

Khem is Hord's personal whore, his statements are probably exaggerated.

And Sidious was Plagueis', so being afraid of him exaggerates his abilities.

Plagueis takes this in a really good fight imo but its a close one. More details on Hord's feats would be helpful to come to a better decision though.

I would say that Hord might have a chance cause he seems to be a better combatant/warrior.
