Snake Eyes vs Leonardo

Snake Eyes from both G.I. Joe movies versus Leonardo from the 2014 TMNT movie.

Fight takes place in the dining hall of the RMS Titanic from the James Cameron film. Both have dual swords and start 50 feet apart.

Winner by death.

I'm confused, they both are armed with swords but winner is by TKO or submission? Does that mean they aren't allowed to deliver death blows?

Regardless of how he wins, Leonardo wins with contemptuous ease.

The turtles are fast enough to block automatic machinegun fire, and strong enough to do stuff like toss around cargo containers and hold up massive towers.

Also their skills is nothing to laugh at. The human is simply outclassed in pretty much every way.
