I didn't see it myself, but I heard about a more recent Iron Man armor making Spider-Man look slow, and.....that was before he activated the artificial Spider-Sense he added to it based on him studying Spider-Man's.

If still the case, doesn't look good for the "Spider-Man has beaten tougher" argument. Team's only chance is Paste-Pot Pete.

Banshee scream isn't stopping Ironman and a Uni beam would probably drop him.

Spidey is grounded and would more than likely get spammed from up above.
