B/T Thor/w Power Gem vs Superman/Gladiator

Thor has fought BRB and Silver Surfer at the same time and he also fought Drax and Maxam at the same time. Can these two defeat this Uber Thor?

It was shown in the very same arc that a Gem user can be koed and the game beat out of him. This is exactly what Supeman alone would do to a thor who wasn't able to use the gem properly and couldn't even break out of a forcefield.
