I do believe Revan (current) is above yoda, and that Ressurected Revan will be above everyone maybe even Luke. It all depends on how powerful his displayed feats will be, and if they surpass what others have shown.
Yoda has never impressed me, he lost to ROTS Sidious who wasn't his most powerful incarnation. Contrastingly ROTS is Yoda's most powerful canon incarnation, and thus he doesn't sit very highly with me.

I think not, as I have no inkling as to who this Lejend is.
I am merely sharing my perception on the starwars mythos, and foremost that Revan is being set up by TOR as the reincarnation of the "Father".

Formerly the Father was the manifestation of a state of homeostasis for the force, however that instance passed.
Now Revan has become the incarnation of the homeostasis of the Force, and in this instance his children are Vitate (the son), and HOT (the daughter).
Post of Revan's Resurrection he shall truly demonstrate his power as the avatar of the Force's homeostasis, such as by TK'ing star destroyers like toys as well as ripping the force itself from those whom do not please him.

My precious youngling of the Force, the Father is always "alive" as his avatar is always in continuous manifestation.
What you do not realize is that time is not a linear modus operandi of perception, and that "time" is entirely malleable.
TOR isn't the past, it is the future, present, and past all simultaneously.
There is a reason why Revan can produce galactic scale force lightning storms, TK entire planets, and produce Force Sever Storms. It is because Revan is not restricted by the light side or the dark side, Revan is the force in its' entirity.
Revan is not only the incarnation of the homeostasis of the force, Revan is the original source of the Force itself.
