That's the type of Superman TM can get behind.

So you both prefer a superhero who is a push over.

Interesting.

No wonder the last 4 superman movies sucked.

IYO of course.

I for one think Vince Vaughn's character in Jurassic Park: The Lost World was morally backrupt beyond redemption but hey.

In all seriousness probably Hannibal Lector. Dat Hopkins.

Do you past the time re watching Returns or Superman quest for peace? Or bother trying to get the stale acting and boring mood?

Not being a psychopath who's incapable of percieving the consequences of his actions is "being a pushover"?

Good choice. Nick was a total sociopath in that movie.

Man of Steel was shit, but I don't really get how it is Superman's fault that Metropolis got ****ed up, what's the reasoning behind that?

Right and most superhero movies are not filled with psychopaths..they filled with Mother Teresa's like Hulk.

MoS said it all but I dout you watched the whole movie, but here is what he said.

Manfighting through a city with completely reckless disregard for the collateral damage of his actions is pretty certifiably his fault.

Him casually hopping over a thrown gas tanker and allowing it to crash into the building behind him and engulf it in a fireball while he stares petulantly into the camera is a pretty good example. Tackling Faora into an Ihop with dozens of people in it is another.

In the entire fight with Zod, he didn't make a single attempt to draw the battle away from a population center. It'd be one thing if the movie showed Zod actively preventing him from doing so, but he didn't even try. He's a pretty shit hero in the movie, all things considered.

That wasn't really my impression of these fights.

He used his super-vision to see ahead and already knew in each and every scene you noted that no one would have ended up hurt or dead because of his actions.

Why he broke Zod's neck, cos MoS wouldn't allow a single human to die that was preventable on his watch after listening and watching his stupid dad die.

He punched Zod into outer space, that's moving the battle far from a populated area. He's really the ultimate hero. Prove me wrong

That was pretty impressive.

And repairing the damage to metropolis should jump start the economy easily...leading to a period of prosperity and peace.

Saying Superman is the ultimate hero after he killed someone and trashed an entire town in buffoonish fashion is hysterical. More of Roberta's blatant fanboyism.

Oh you mean like the time he saved a bus full of kids, or the coast guard and oil rig workers, or the A-10 pilot, or stopping the world engine from destroying the planet, or him saving Louis numerous times.

Cry more about collateral damage, drive to ferguson and march against the looters then bro.

Tez, You sound the like retards that blamed the avengers for New York's destruction, I guess the avengers are at fault too. What a cry baby.
