By feats I've actually seen and discussed the hats should be better in round one. People've said cool things about the basehogs but I've not actually seen any of the superkewlness at work myself, so for now that's my vote.

As said, no idea round 2.

Round three I'm giving it to the super saiyans because chaos emeralds are pretty metal as far as power sources go.
