You may choose such country to be Russia, Britain, US, Germany, Nigeria, Israel and what have you. Either country might be correct. But the country I chose to be the right one to your answer is as follow.
The country that is chosen and ordained by God Almighty to possess His Supreme Power and Authority that supersede every other countries in the physical or outward out look and has every manpower and natural resources that can not be quantified to the eyes man is the country far above the rest in the whole world.
