Cap is agile as he was shown to be,,, So doubtful he will just stand there, not put up his shield and take Shredder's blades, also AS I FRACKING RECALL, the blades have to return back to Shredder,.. so that is plenty of time for Cap to block, spring into action and KO Shredder
Letting one side keep powered armor while not allowing the other side their standard equipment makes it pretty obvious which side carter wants to win.
That said, I'd have to watch the movie again but it seemed to me that the Turtles seriously jobbed in that fight as Shredder didn't really seem that fast, not to mention the turtles kind of fought like retards for most of it.

I know Cap is agile. So are the turtles. And of the five, only the mutants are bullet timers. Shredder walked the dog on them every single time they fought, while taking on all four at once. They had to use buck-buck to beat him.
And yes, the blades do have to return, but he has multiple blades on each arm. As I said, while Cap is trying to block the first set, Shredder can launch the second set to get his legs or another open spot on his body. The shield only covers so much. But besides that the blades come back in moments, so he'd have to deal with them on the return if he actually charged in.
How would Cap ko him? The turtles who were strong enough to toss around multi-ton cargo containers and tear down stone walls couldn't ko him even when they finally landed some solid shots on him

Cap is so overrated. Shredder fought against beings that could lift building size skyscrapers and was stomping them. People that are legit bullet timers. People that was throwing large crates around with ease and again, shredder stomped them. One of the turtles would crush Cap and you think Cap can beat shredder by himself? Yeah freaking right.

We never saw Shredder do much without his armor, but it's clear without it he's not superhuman, which is why he needs it in the first place.
Giving them standard weapons wouldn't mean much with Blade as I'm pretty sure the armor could at least stand up to 9mm bullets Blade has, and I believe they're silver so they'd be softer(iirc). But Khan has phasers which could do some actual damage and end the match before it really starts.

The ONLY reason they won was because they were fighting on a building. If it wasn't for that, they would have died.

He was good. But basically he made them look like children every time they fought. He shouldn't have been able to effortlessly take on 4 highly trained super turtles all at once. Beat them I'm fine with, but with the contemptuous ease he did it made it seems like the Turtles weren't as effective as they were.

That's true. But the ONLY reason Shredder could fight them in the first place is he had to get a set of Ultra Armor.
Well, after Shredder beat that one foot soldier while tied up he was able to break the ropes rather easily which is a fairly good strength feat....but back to his armored figts, he didn't appear to be all that fast in either one so I don't see any reason to grant him BT level speed, I mean we don't grant Wolverine bullet time++ combat speed because he was able to tag Deadpool.
Even if Blade's bullets couldn't damage him, they could certainly act as a distraction and allow him to stay at range and yes Khan's weapons could end the fight quickly, but then so could Shredder's ranged weapons. IMO it's pretty clear that carter set this up as spite thread.

doesn;t mean Shredder can do all that to Cap though.. Yea they had to use a child's game to win, Cap isn;t a child but a grown ass man, who will evade and whack Shredder upside the head to KO him..
