What happen to then:

WBH
Juggernaut (force field)
Thanos (without force field)
Thanos (with force field)
Kuurth
Superman Prime (regular version)
Silver age Superman
Odin

Odin no forcefields dies.
Thanos dies no matter what.
Kuurth and Juggernaut are obliterated but reform inmediately unharmed because magics.
Silver Age Superman tanks it like a boss.
Prime goes off flying and returns pissed off.
World Breaker Hulk dies while saying "I'm sorry... Carver... I tried".

And there are many levels of busting a galaxy.
1. Creating a crack in the galaxy (separating a portion of the galaxy to create two pieces)
2. Creating several cracks (several separate pieces)
.
.
.
3. Obliterating everthing (disintegrating everything).

At the lowest end then the attack would be equal to an attack that merely damages a star to a decent degree. That's because the attack is spread out and not concentrated. WBH, Kuurth, Superman Prime, Silver Age Superman, Odin, Juggernaut are the only ones capable of surviving this type of attack.
