Weakest that could defeat Hyperstorm?

Who would be able to take a majority?

Surfer.

Properly motivated, he's got all the energy and time-space attributes of Galactus, just at a lower level.

He could siphon off Hyperstorm, eat his soul, displace him dimensionally etc etc.

At a distance you'd want a sniper rifle, not the other way around.
A .50 barrett has an area range of 1800 or so meters. Point range roughly 1500.
Using the same weapon in a sniper capacity with an expert marksman, which, this being comics characters, Leech is sure to be, almost doubles the point range at maybe 2800 meters.

Great choice of character, though. Been saying for years Artie and Leech would make a great assassin team all grown up.

I think he meant using a sniper rifle from a distance would put Leech too far away from HS for his powers to work. What exactly his Leech's range?

But yeah, Leech with a gun is probably right.
