Loved the anime till about woli. This has its moments but we are taking way too long. Has sendo, mashiba, or miyata done anything in the last 2 years ?
Mashiba seems to be on the way to getting a world title fight in his division.
Miyata hasn't done jack squat since beating Randy Boy Jr other than beating no-name boxers.

Sendo is gonna beat Alfredo, fight Martinez, get thrashed by Martinez (maybe even die in the final round, as a nod to Ashita no Joe's ending since Sendo is basically Joe) and be the cause for Ippo's long awaited SSJ2 styled Shounen powerup. Ippo will then face Martinez out of the desire to get revenge for Sendo and became the WBA featherweight champ. Miyata will then go on to become the WBC featherweight chapter and the final fight in the manga will be a WBA/WBC featherweight unification match between Ippo and Miyata. That's my prediction anyway, assuming this manga ever ends. 😆
