Rank the teams

Rank the teams according to their strongest incarnations, not composite simply the strongest the roster was at any one time

The Cabal
The annihilators
Justice Legaue
Avengers
Legion of superheros
Green Lantern corp

Probably Legion from that list.

Though all time I'd probably go with JSA. They had some ridiculous lineups.

Legion of superheroes/Justice League
Avengers
GL Corps
The Cabal/The annihilators

Overall

All Star Squadron
JSA
Defenders

Then from your List
LoSH
JLA/Annihilators
Avengers
Cabal

I'd also put the Xmen above Cabal

then comes down to
WC Avengers
Infinity Inc/Alpha Flight
Shadowpact
New Mutants
Teen Titans/ DP7/ PSI-Force
FF/DP
