His respect thread is pretty underwhelming, but Zero is a badass with all kinds of tricks and weaponry. He wins.

Every hit, bullet, slash Blade lands strengthens Zero. His armour protects him further. His acid will hurt Blade, on the other hand. He also has no scent, and is noiseless.
