Well the thread maker later prohibited Ki blasts so one would figure those would naturally be disqualified.
If the OP or thread maker had said "no Ki usage of any kind" then I could see the argument. But I find it hard to believe that the thread maker wants us to exclude Ki manipulation as that is the basis for Goku's H2H combat.
