DCnU's Front Line Vs Marvel's Front Line

Both universes most powerful duke it out. Big 7. Who wins?

Team DCnU:

Swamp Thing

SuperDOOM

White Lantern, Kyle

Superboy (Kon-El/Jon Kent Merged)

Jenny Soul

Captain Atom

Firestorm (Ronnie/Jason merged as Fury)

vs

Team Marvel:

Thor

Doctor Strange

Captain Universe

X-Man

Star Brand

Silver Surfer

Hulk

Really ?

Dc stomps this.

I don't know Nate Grey is pretty hardcore his telepathy in particular considering it's above Xavier's. Assuming this Nate Grey is at his prime and not current depowered Nate.

Also, speaking of telepathy that's actually one of Kon-El/Jon Kent's weaknesses as that's how the present Jon Kent separated them by their entering their mind.

Kon-El/Jon Kent may be a powerful reality warper but his mental defenses are kind of lacking.

I was thinking Jenny and X-Man can cancel each other out. She was a formidable TP.
