What? Danzo is the literal WEAKEST of them all. His only saving grace is Izanami, and that only buys him two minutes at the most of life. None of his attacks were enough to kill Sasuke, who could barely tank a single punch from Raikage.
Tsunade is even stronger than Raikage, and has mitotic regen. Jiraiya is the physically strongest, and fastest with his sage mode, but even then, Minato and his warpin, sage mode and nine-tails chakra mode make him the strongest of them all by far. He can shoot massive biju bombs, teleport at light speed, out-speed and out-strength them all, as well as tank all of their attacks except for Jiraiya's. Jiraiya has the best chance after Minato, but his warping and massive destructive attacks still win this for him. 👆
