Kimmimaro is past super sonic he can react to bullets as well as shoot his own plus he can harden his bones as hard as steel bullets wont penetrate

Kimimaro would literally eat the bullet Wesker shot at him. And then appear behind him, and impale him with dozens of steel-hard, razor sharp bones.
