EoS Naruto, if you want to be technical, doesn't even have his light powers. He's back to around Madara level. Kakashi is the strongest in the series now. By FAR.
Either way, Goku wins. Handily.
Naruto's got the nice advantage of powerful clones, and DB fighters could only fire a very limited number of blasts (King Piccolo was visibly tired after two).
Even if Piccolo/Goku at this point could scorch humanity, it'd take a more concentrated blast to kill Naruto.

I'm aware. That only happened in the chapter that came out today though.
I posted that before it came out.
Before that though, he was still the strongest.
Plus, you're just assuming that. Maybe Kakashi just turned his sharingan off. Obito even said that it would be useless if he gave him sharingan without it staying with him.
