Lets take away all restraint, all character inhibitions (self imposed or otherwise), and the need to abide by a plot from the following characters; these characters will utilize everything in their arsenal, utilize every resource available to them, and fight as ruthlessly as needed to win...

1) Silver Surfer...
2) Classic Dr Strange...
3) OWAW Superman...
4) Current Thanos...
5) Uatu...
6) Well Fed Galactus (has eatten 4 worlds)...

What would be the lowest tiered character that could defeat them (individually of course) every single time under these conditions? Would prefer if you actually name a character (more ammunition to debate with)...

Standard forum combat conditions for all battles except they all are to the Death or KO with no BFR allowed...

Edit: CIS still applies for these guys opponents! PIS does not however...

As for Galactus, how high of an abstract are you talking about?

Their opponents have Cis on? Hmm probably someone like space Gem Thanos vs Surfer and Solar armor SBP for Strange.

4) Odin would stop this guy also. I feel that Thanos performs pretty well, and isn't as much inhibited by CIS as certain other characters are.

I will say this though, I dont think Eternity could stop Galactus in this state...why? Because I believe that a completely uninhibited Galactus wouldnt hestitate to use the Ultimate Nullifier...

You probaly would have to go as high as Peak Power COIE AM to beat him (and thats only if the UN doesnt end him in one shot)...

Two questions though; Classic Strange and Classic Fate both have some insane feats (I honestly always thought of them as roughly equal). Why do you think Classic Fate could take Classic Strange every single time?

As pertains WBH, I could see this IF WBH could resist being mind raped by Thanos...what are WBH's TP resistance feats?

I assume that WBH is at his angriest level, where his mind is only rage, something a telepath shouldn't be able to control. I can see WBH being brought down but not with TP.

Having a primitive mind is no defense against telepathy.

Hulk's previous resistance-feats form enough of a foundation to argue against Thanos mindraping him.
