Palpatine was without a doubt strong, but I don't think he was at his prime, until later. That's why I went with Caedus. Sidious at his prime would win, imo.

I believe it was implied that TPM Sidious was at least pretty close to Plagueis, so I think he has a good chance here.

Caedus > Plagueis > TPM Sidious.

However any later incarnation of Sidious wins.

ROTS Sidious wins with high difficulty, DE Sidious wins with difficulty.

Sidious.

His physically best shape was in the TPM / RotS era.
