What time do you go to bed?

Is there anything wrong with going to bed at 10:30-11:00?

What time do you go to bed?

After sex or when I get tired.

Same. After sex or when Time Immemorial gets tired.
I'm retired so i have leeway.

5:30 AM was the last time I clocked. Got up at 6 had a coffee and some Ginseng. Life is good. I don't need sleep!

Around 11 or 12. Depends on my work schedule because I do a lot of graveyard shifts.

It might be the other way around...😉

You'll probably think this is weird, but I don't really see the fun in staying up late.

Midnight.

How old are you, VG? For probably 90% of adults, this answer is entirely determined by work schedule. Work at 8? Sleep schedule is probably something like 10:30pm to 6:30am. Or midnight to 7 for the adventurous. And so on.

That's up to my son now.

Sh, kids. Yeah they rile your time.

I used to wake up at 3 every morning and was at PT by 6. My bed time was between 10 and 12...

He isn't even two months old, so we can see my crazy sleep pattern. I am attempting to get him onto a schedule with it, and I'm failing miserably.

Depends on how tired I am.

Since I workout very hard and I work long hours, at times, I either go to bed at 17:30 or I go to bed at 01:00.

I get up between 05:00 and 07:00, each day.

I get in bed by 9pm, and then I read until I fall asleep.

Depending on what shift I have I go to bed at either 23:00, 00:00, 01:00 or 03:00. It varies on the days I have off.

Between 23:00 - 03:00, depends how I feel.

From 9PM to 6AM.
I sleep sometime in-between those times, depending on the situation.
