I'm bored and this is usually interesting. I personally would choose Mara Jade or Nomi Sunrider.

Sounds like I would agree with KJ's taste - though I'm a little old for Ahsoka and Barriss.

Mara Jade, for sure, and I commend the cover artist from Vision of the Future.
