Vader is not stomping in sabers.

Agen is a master duelist considered one of the best the Jedi order ever produced

He stomped Quinlan Vos. He can at least hold his own before Vader tears his Zabrak horns off.

But all out Vader can stomp due to vast TK difference between him and Kolar.
