hence the political instability and sectarian war that resulted when we got rid of the existing political order

i don't necessarily think killing saddam was a mistake... i think the nation building that happened after that was where most of the mistakes happened... and i don't disagree ISIS should be crushed. but i do think blaming obama for the existence of ISIS is just partisan bullshit. the conditions that created ISIS were already in place by 2008.
