Kyle in a good fight, but he wins pretty solidly imo.

Kyle. Kyle could probably defeat Marek, at that point, as well.

I'd argue that, Shaak Ti could take it in a very good fight. But seeing how Kyle has stood up to Caedus and survived, not to mention he bested an Amped Desann who was able to survived/stalemated - which ever word you prefer - Luke Skywalker. I think it's safe to say Kyle could take Ti down, in a very good fight imo.
