sentry would beat post crisis/pre nu adam, i have no doubt about that. if we go ALL the way back to the nonsensical era of that opening scan, well, adam basically had toon powers so there's really no way to gauge that type of match imo.

Black Adam might be able to destroy Sentry's body if he's able to get a full-on Shazam. Other than that it looks bad.
